We guarantee that your privacy and your personal data are protected by collecting, processing and using your personal data in accordance with the content of this privacy policy and the data protection laws in effect in Germany.

You may visit our websites without disclosing who you are. Thus, you will remain anonymous. In order to display our webpages when accessing them, you are only required to provide the data (see “log files”) sent from your browser to our server. To contact us, you have to fill the fields marked as mandatory fields on our site. Entering additional personal data should be helpful to process your request but it is voluntary. These data are not used for other purposes nor passed on to third parties unless you expressly agree to this (consent).

Online opinion polls

If you participate in an online opinion poll on the website, no personal information will be collected. The opinion poll is conducted anonymously; a conclusion on your person ist not possible.

Social bookmarks

If you like our website, we would appreciate your recommendation. For this purpose, you can use the so-called social bookmarks under “Recommend”. By clicking on a social bookmark button, a new window will open in which we inform you that you will be forwarded to another website by once again clicking on the social bookmark button and your personal data such as your IP address, referrer, timestamp and browser software will be transferred to the referred operator of the social bookmark service. By clicking the button again, you expressly agree to the transmission of these data for the purpose of placing a social bookmark (Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR). We point out that we have no influence on how the respective operator of the social bookmark service handles the data after they have been transferred, as this lies beyond our sphere of responsibility. We use cookies on our website. These are small text files that are sent to your computer whenever your access our website which allow us to identify and recognise your browser as a visitor to our site.

Transient cookies are deleted automatically as soon as you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies, which save a so-called session ID that can associate the various requests from your browser during the session. This allows for your computer to be recognised whenever you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted as soon as you log out or close your browser.

Log files

Whenever you access our site, we collect the following information about your computer: Your computer’s IP address, the browser request and the time of this request. In addition, the status and the amount of data transferred within the scope of this request are recorded as well as the product information and version of the browser and operating system on your computer. We also record from which website our site is accessed. Your computer’s IP address is stored only for the time you use the website and deleted immediately thereafter or anonymised by deleting the last digits. The remaining data are stored for a limited period of time. We use this information to operate our website, in particular, to determine and eliminate errors on the website and to determine the use of the website and make adjustments or improvements (legal basis: Article 6 (1) sentence 1. lit. f) GDPR).

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files that are stored on your computer and help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will usually be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymisation, Google will truncate the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and truncated by Google servers in the USA. On behalf of the website provider, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIP()”. This truncates the IP address before further processing in order to rule out direct associations to persons. This website uses the Google Analytics reports on demographics in which data from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third party providers are used (such as approximate age, gender and interests). These data cannot be traced back to a specific person and can be deactivated at any time through the ad settings

We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. Using the statistics obtained, we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. In exceptional cases in which personal data are transmitted to the United States, Google is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield. Revocation of consent and objection to data processing
